Over the past two months Changes felt while write down

 

Over the past two months, I have undergone several major changes in my life. I am now in college and starting a new job. In all these changes, I found time for expression.

I made my day into a routine

The best way to make the most of my day is to wake up early in the morning and get started on my work. This will give me plenty of time to complete all my tasks and have some spare time for relaxation.

In order not to interfere with my daily life, I tried to exercise alternately in the morning and in the evening, and the evening exercise routine worked well for me, so I kept it.

This is a reminder to make time for myself and do things that make me happy. Even though I am busy with college and work, I should still find time to relax and enjoy myself. This can be something as simple as reading a book, taking a walk, or watching a movie.

Create a book reading group

Through the weekly reading group, I started reading one book every two weeks. In this group, we all read and meet and discuss different books, and we all read and meet and discuss the same book. This was a great way for me to get more out of reading, and I enjoyed talking to everyone in the group about the various books we were reading.

Read a book on self-development and free topics per month, talk about the contents of the book, and share your thoughts.

In this book, I will learn different techniques that can help me improve my life. I will then talk about the contents of the book with my friends and family, and share my thoughts on how I can apply the techniques in order to improve my life.

And going further, we take time to reflect on the week and give each other feedback. In our reflection, we discuss what we did well this week, and what we could do better. We also talk about any challenges we faced and how we overcame them. This allows us to learn and grow from our experiences.

This allows you to quickly build up more experience and knowledge, which can help you in your future endeavors. Additionally, it can help you grow as a person and learn new things.

Significantly reduced unnecessary drinking parties

I found that by significantly reducing the number of unnecessary drinking parties, I wasn’t the type to turn down when asked to drink. This helped me stay in control and prevented me from doing anything that I would later regret.

I used to love going to playhouses and spending time with friends, but my desire to do that has diminished since I realized I need to secure my own time. This doesn’t mean that I don’t want to spend time with friends anymore, but it just means that I’ll have to be more selective about when and where I meet up with them.

I am finding that the proportion of time devoted to my own personal growth is rapidly increasing. In fact, I am now making more time for myself than ever before. This includes things like reading books, working on personal projects, and spending time with close friends. I have found that by making this time for myself, I am becoming a better version of myself both mentally and emotionally.

We have set realistic goals such as weekly goals and monthly goals

In order to be able to look forward a little bit each day, I thought that it would be nice to set some realistic goals, such as weekly goals and monthly goals. This will help me stay on track and make the most of my time. Additionally, it will help me stay motivated and focused on what I want to achieve.

This is something that I am still working on, as it can be difficult to stay realistic when you have a lot of things on your plate. However, I was able to set some realistically achievable goals, such as reading one book every two weeks and going to the gym four times a week. I will continue to work on setting more realistic goals so that I can stay on track and achieve my targets.
